The oxidation process is stopped very quickly by firing (rapidly heating) the leaves. This produces a more subtle flavour and less caffeine content (10-30% of coffee). All iHOT flavoured blends are original recipes using natural flavours, flower blossoms and spices. Our natural flavouring contains no sugar, corn, gluten, soy or animal by-products.
