Oolong Tea

Oolongs are a cross between a black and green tea. Oolongs are only partially oxidized, anywhere between 20 to 80 percent, and contain low levels of caffeine. This yields a tea which has a unique flavour, not as robust as blacks yet not as subtle as greens.
