A specialty from Northern Thailand. The growing area, with an altitude of 400 to 700 meters, is surrounded by forests, blessed with consistent precipitation and produces exceptional tea.
The leaves are formed into small olive green pearls which when brewed produce a melon yellow infusion. The flavour is a natural creamy sweetness with subtle hints of orchids.
